STARLITE
THE STRONGEST RAIL EVER TESTED
– Ultra-durable, scratch and impact resistant rail protection, woven in 200g blue twill.
– Combination of double T-stringers on the cover and bottom to protect against total breakage. The T-stringers are placed close to the rail and function as an i-beam to withstand heavy falls.
– Starlite now features a full 0,6mm Australian pine wood cover that is sandwiched between 2 glass outer skins, increasing overall break strength and reducing weight due to less resin absorption.
THIN RAILS ON A WIDE BOARD
The thin rails will make you feel closer to the wave than on a smaller board and will allow you to maneuver with surprising ease up and down the wave.
Thin rails make it easier to turn the rail as there is less volume to prevent the board from sinking into the water
NOSE OUTLINE REDUCED
NOSE KICK
Avoid submerging your nose in the water when catching waves and when paddling in rough sea conditions.
FLAT ROCKER
In the center it provides efficient glide and speed in flat-water conditions.
FLAT STANCE
It allows for a more comfortable position on the board, providing extra stability when conditions get tough.
MODERATE TAIL KICK
Allows a tighter turn when you are on the tail.
WIDE AND ROUNDED TAIL
Provides stability when you put pressure on the board to turn. It also allows you to easily free yourself from the wave at the end of turns.
FROM MONO TO DOUBLE CONCAVE
The double concave provides speed to catch the wave and allows a sensitive transition from rail to rail from the center making it easy to connect the turns.
CHANNEL TAIL
It makes it easier to build speed and maintain it during maneuvers.
SIDE FIN BOXES
Arranged closer to the rail for faster response during turns. Minimal change but great progress.
FIN CONFIGURATION
The Thruster fin configuration provides a better straight line course in flat-watter and achieves greater traction and controllability when surfing. (The Pocket Rocket model allows both configurations: Thruster and Quad).
The quad fin configuration uses 4 side fins and provides fast acceleration and instant line speed as it does not produce drag from its larger center fin.
NEW! SELF-VENTILATION VALVE
The board has a self-ventilating air valve. It requires no manipulation and works on its own, so it should not be touched or removed; Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the valve system.
