The Airush Union V6 is the versatile kite from Airush that is playful and direct and feels like a real kite with a lot of power and feeling but with much more depower than a real C-shape kite such as the Airush Razor. The Union V6 2022 has a new bridle and reinforced connections to the struts compared to the 2020 Union, which provides much more depower and an improved high end. In the large sizes, the kite feels like 1 or 2 sizes smaller than what you are used to, the freestyle properties in the larger sizes are also better here than in the small sizes. Because of the big pop and slack during freestyle tricks, the Union challenges you to try new tricks. If you want to challenge yourself more to pull thick kiteloops then the slightly smaller sizes of the Airush Union V6 2022 are perfect for that.
Last year, the Airush Union was developed by designer Mark Pattison in collaboration with Gijs Wassenaar in Cape Town. For the sixth version of the Airush Union 2022, the focus has been on getting the kite even more stable in strong winds and giving it a larger power to depower range. And we succeeded, and that while the playful and direct character of the kite has been preserved, we highly recommend it.
The construction of the Airush Union v6 is made of double ripstop in combination with the Airush Load Frame, the reinforcements in the canopy make this kite really bomb proof!
